When it’s time for a new air conditioning system, you need a company that doesn’t just install equipment—you need a partner who knows what’s right for your home, your lifestyle, and your long-term energy savings. At Caldeco Air Conditioning & Heating, we’ve been proudly providing air conditioning installation in Wesley Chapel and the surrounding Central Florida communities since 1989. As a family-owned business and an 11-time Carrier President’s Award winner, we bring expertise, reliability, and a genuine commitment to doing what’s best for every customer we serve.
Most homeowners don’t realize that even the best AC unit won’t work efficiently—or even properly—if it’s installed incorrectly. A poor installation can lead to airflow restrictions, leaky ductwork, short cycling, and higher energy bills. That’s why our technicians at Caldeco follow precise installation procedures based on manufacturer specifications and our decades of experience in the field.
We don’t cut corners. From proper unit sizing and refrigerant levels to duct system evaluation and smart thermostat setup, we ensure your entire system works as a cohesive unit. We also test the system after installation to verify performance, efficiency, and comfort.
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to cooling a home in Wesley Chapel. Whether you're upgrading an outdated unit or installing central air in a new construction home, we take the time to understand your space, preferences, and budget before recommending a solution.
As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, we offer some of the most energy-efficient and technologically advanced systems available today. From variable-speed compressors and humidity control to whisper-quiet operation and Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats, our systems offer comfort without compromise.
When you work with Caldeco, you can count on us to help you choose from top-tier models that include:
Looking for rebates? Wesley Chapel residents on Duke can sometimes reach the $1,000 strip-heat conversion tier. We outline that path in Florida HVAC rebates 2026.
